Resellers are welcome to resell items available on our website in their store, website or marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Overstock, and dozens of other e-commerce marketplaces. Some items do have MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and we ask that you follow these guidelines to avoid policy violations and account termination. Our daily data feed details applicable MAP pricing along with marketplace restrictions should they apply. Some items are restricted from certain marketplaces.
Placing an order
Order on our website 24/7 by logging into your member account, add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. We also have a Quick Order Tool that allows you to quickly place orders with an Excel CSV file. Our Quick Order link will display in the header of our website after you login to your member account. Canceling my order
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us immediately by using our Contact Us form online or call us and reference your order number. If your order has already shipped it cannot be modified or canceled.
Bioaquastic is a wholesale pet supply distributor and does not sell to the public. Only approved applicants with a valid reseller certificate will gain access to our website and will not be charged sales tax.
MAP - Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Some manufacturers do enforce MAP pricing. We will be happy to provide MAP pricing when new member applications are approved and when updates occur. MAP pricing is enforced by the manufacturer and is the lowest price allowed to be publicly displayed for a product on sale. MAP policy applies to all advertisements of products in any and all media, including, but not necessarily limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. Bundling or the inclusion in advertising of free or discounted products with a product covered by the MAP policy would be contrary to the MAP policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the MAP. Pricing listed on an internet site is considered an “advertised price” and must adhere to the MAP policy. Once the pricing is associated with an actual purchase (an internet order), the price becomes the selling price.

We currently offer Free Shipping on orders over $150. All items qualify even heavy and oversized items. Shipping rates apply on orders under $150 and are displayed at checkout. We offer two shipping methods: Standard 5-8 business days and Ground 1-5 business days. Shipments will be delivered by FedEx or PTT to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking numbers will display travel history and delivery details within 90 days after delivery for your convenience.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for your package to display package travel history and delivery dates on the carriers website. If your package was damaged, lost in transit, or shows delivered and was not recieved please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can further assist you. Refunds or replacements will be processed when claims are paid by the carrier.

Shipping rates for Standard and Ground services are displayed at checkout. All orders over $150 receive standard free shipping. Shipping rates appear in the box marked "shipping charges" at checkout. For more information please review our Shipping Information.
30 Day Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are processed backed to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, in the original condition and packaging to warrant a refund.
You can expect a refund within 5-8 business days of our receiving your returned product. Effective January 1, 2021 a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items due to buyers remorse. If the return is a result of a defective, manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part you will not be charged a restocking fee and your shipping charge on the order if applicable will be refunded.
